Vertical Wave Dissipation Method "Warlock"

Efficiently demonstrating wave dissipation functions in the inner sea, including wave-dissipating revetments, wave-dissipating walls, wave-dissipating breakwaters, and wave-dissipating structures!

"WARLOCK" is a vertical wave-dissipating method that helps reduce reflected waves and overtopping as a wave-dissipating structure in harbors, inland seas, and bays. Structures built with this product have wave-dissipating functions integrated into the embankment itself, eliminating the need for separate wave-dissipating works, making it cost-effective, and it exhibits wave-dissipating effects simultaneously with embankment construction. Additionally, the construction is easy, and once completed, it presents a beautiful landscape with hexagonal holes arranged in an orderly manner. [Applications] ■ Riverbanks ■ Riverbanks, loading areas, and jetties ■ Breakwaters and permeable embankments ■ Wave-dissipating works *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Sloped embankment wave dissipation method "Warlock R type"

A block specifically designed for breakwaters developed based on Warlock's wave dissipation theory.

The "Warlock R-type" is a wave-dissipating method designed to stabilize a sloped embankment by tilting the body from vertical to a 3:1 slope, thereby reducing the soil pressure of the backfill. This design allows for a relatively lightweight and stable structure. The soil pressure coefficient for the 3:1 sloped wall is reduced to about 60% compared to a vertical wall. As a result, the required weight of the embankment can be reduced by approximately 40%, making it possible to create a more economical cross-section. 【Features】 ■ The main body of the revetment dissipates waves, eliminating the need for separate wave-dissipating structures, resulting in an economical cross-section. ■ The wave-dissipating function is supported by academic evidence, providing excellent wave-dissipation effects. ■ Effective in reducing overtopping. ■ Prevents scour by reducing reflected waves. ■ The sloped design of the embankment reduces soil pressure, making it economical, among other benefits. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
